WMF Turner is ideal for use in anti-stick layered pans and cookers. The handle of the fish slice is 16 cm long and its curved surface is comfortable to hold. The surface of the slice is approximate 11 cm x 7.5 cm in size.
The roasting slice or fish slice has a fixed or semi-fixed blade. It is suitable for turning, inserting and lifting meat or pancakes or crepes in the pan. The fish slice is also suitable for dividing puddings. The fish slice can also be used for breaking up baked flour or egg dishes such as omelettes or pancakes. Some fish slices have a flat blade with slits so that the fat can quickly run off then turning the food. At WMF, provide roasting slices or fish slices made of plastic and Cromargan. Caution. Fish slices made of Cromargan stainless steel must not be used in a coated pan and they could scratch the coating. It is at these points that the anti-stick property will be lost. 31 cm turner length.
